Return & Refund Policy

At Tech City, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we deal with specialized electronics, our return policy is focused on ensuring you receive a functional, high-quality product. Please read the following terms regarding returns and exchanges within Lebanon.

1. Returns for Defective Products

We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Reporting Window: You must notify us of any defect within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original box, packaging, and all included accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) intact.

• Verification: Once we receive the item, our technical team will inspect it. If the defect is confirmed, we will process your refund or replacement.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value or as a credit toward a different product.

• Eligibility: Exchanges are available for defective items or if you wish to swap an unopened, sealed product for another item.

• Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via the information provided below. The item must be returned in its original, unopened “retail packaging” with the factory seal intact.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

• Defective Items: If a product is confirmed to be defective, Tech City will bear the cost of return shipping within Lebanon.

• Exchange Shipping: For non-defective exchanges (e.g., unopened change-of-mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Ajaltoun location.

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for defective returns.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Credit/Debit card) or via store credit, depending on the initial transaction.

• Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once the return is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items returned after the 14-day window.

• Products with missing serial numbers, tampered labels, or physical damage caused by misuse.

• Software or downloadable products once the code has been revealed or activated.
